Consumer Act.

(Querist) 28 July 2010 This query is : Resolved 
1)Under the Consumer Act, the Notarization of Affidavit is Mandatory. As per which sections. So as per Which other act the Notarization of Affidavit is Mandatory. To file a case in court or tribunal.

2)Provisional Insolvency Act, 1920 applicablity also the advanatges & disadvanatges. Who can file & were to file. Pls don't tell me to read the act, bokk.......... Pls answer the query if it is POSSIBLE.

Affidavit is a sworn statement, it is to be sworn before the oath commissioner or before the sherestedar, noatrisation is not necessary.
The person who has completely bankrupt can file a insolvency petition. It cannot be explained in detail here. You can contact a lawyer who can explain you in detail personally.
