There is a provision in law, which says that complainant can not appeal against the order of acquittal in 498a. Can anyone help to provide any reference /citation for this point ?

Which one is that provision that disallows a complainant/victim to file an appeal in a 498A complaint case, in the event of acquittal? It seems no such provision is there in law.
