Compensation on land reserved by municipal authority

(Querist) 10 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
Sir,
I live in Gujarat.I have some agricultural land,which is now proposed to be reserved by the municipal authority under developement plan (for social infrastructure)(Public utility).How can I cotest against the reservation because I have no other agricultural land.
If the municipal authority does not delete the reservation,shall I get the compensation for my land as per pravailing markrt value.
Please advice.

You can challenge this notification through Writ petition to the Gujrat High Court.
