what a story .
in compensation case filed by wife evidence of her first husband would be important . if husband gives evidence that lady was pregnant nad abortion was done her claim for compensation would fall flat .

as fara s 125 CR Pc case is concerned since she married how can you be libale to pay maintenance . she has 2 other children from other husbands .

contact a detective agency to get some evidence of her affiars and marriage

Her 1st husband will never come for witness and if come he will never speak truth.
Pl tell me what type of evidence are required to prove her marriage. Can I request for DNA test of her children and is it sufficient to prove her marriage.

To file a case is easy but to prove it in court is very difficult and lengthy process and in our so called society (samaj) no one come forward for witness.
My question is :-I have lost the divorce case and could not prove the allegations in court. Can my wife file case for compensation against that particular case. Whereas a separate case under sec 125 Crpc is going on parallel.
