i want know about compassionment appoinment. why daef & dumb applicant not appoint a commpassionment ground in a court as a peon. no have rights for jobs for this applicant.please give me answer. plese tell me this type of any case we want compssionment appoinment in state goverment in judicairy department.

Post the entire facts so that accurate reply may be given. One thing is sure it is not the right of the legal heirs of deceased employee to get compassionate employment/appointment rather it is the mercy of employer State which is exhausted in rarest among rare cases these days keeping in view various facts/rules in consideration.

I want know about chief justice power of ofartical 229?
chief judge appoint a clerk in sub ordinate court in his state as well absoed and promoted as dy.secton officer and other person also same cader so this type of case this is challangeable or not. this is a white power of everything do the chief justice in the state.
