Experts please help

What documents are required to be produced in front of state government (Forest Department) for obtaining a job to a son on posthumous (after death) of his father in service?

Educational qualification, number of dependents of the deceased person and unemployment in his family after his death. The economic plight is also counted.

If there are more than one qualified dependant,you have to get the consent of the other depednants to give you the job on those grounds.

Compassionate appointment norms are manipulated to suit the requirements of the job seeker. It is not consistent and uniform in all cases especially in the Government of Tamil Nadu where number of claims have been declined giving some flimsy reasons or other.
