REFER THE ARTICLES OF THE COMPANY REGARDING QUALIFICATION SHARES OF DIRECTORS, IF IT IS MENTIONED FOLLOW IT ACCORDINGLY. THE AOA IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY ON THE MATTER.

Memorandum and Articles of Association can be the guiding factor for the qualification shares. Normally these have to be acquired before getting the certificate of commencement of business from the ROC.
