How to deny the facts regarding wrongfully filed TDS as the defendant is getting the privilege of such filling for claiming commission? No such agreement existed with respect to commission to the defendant. Plaintiff traded the goods manufactured by defendant, plaintiff than ask for payment defendant paid but after deducting the amount of commission.
