Co-owner of property

Dear sir,

I have one property on my single name. If I want my wife to be co-owner then what is the procedure to be followed in this regard??

You can gift (whatever percentage of ownership you intend to transfer) by way of a regd gift deed

Dont think of stamp duty. Be sure the transfer be valid. Get registration deed either in form of gift or relinquishment or release.
Either u can create her interest of maintenance over ur property by giving application to the revenue authorities.
