Co.holding up my salary and doing partiality with me as i am muslim by caste.

Dear experts,
I am working as a marketing executive in an Indian co for the last 3 years.we are three people in the same designation managing pune division for the Co.Now for not meeting sales target my regional manager has decided to hold my salary and sent me a mail that if I do not meet the sales target ,I will have to resign.
Now my question is among the 3 sales executives I have achieved highest sales target ,but my regional manager is resorting to nepotism as I am muslim by caste.The other two did not get any such notices inspite of performing below than me.Than why shoud the axe fall upon me only?I am very depressed and feeling very harassed and let down.Please help.
What Case can I lodge under Co.law or any law whatsoever so that I can get justice.

Dear Dipankar,

From your name it does not appear that you are a Muslim.

However, about your query, it can be said, the company cannot withhold salary merely on the pretention of non-performance unless and until proved so by formally taking disciplinary action against an employee.

You can file a writ to recover your salary.

You are entitled for salary till the date of termination. If they don't give salary you can give a complaint before the Labour Commissioner.
