Clarification on order passed

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 July 2020 This query is : Resolved
Sir/Madam, I am petitioner in a case challenging a recruitment Notification/Advertisement . In the first hearing the Hon'ble Court passed a Order that :- "As an interim measure, it is directed that any action taken pursuant to the impugned advertisement shall abide by result of this case.'' I cannot understand the Order Properly what it mean. A humble request kindly elaborate it in simple English. Regards
Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies a court's interim order in a recruitment challenge case. The order means that any actions taken based on the advertisement are subject to the final outcome of the court case. Essentially, it maintains the status quo and ensures that the final decision will determine the validity of actions taken during the proceedings, protecting the petitioner's rights.

It implies that during pendency of the case any action regarding advertisement shall be binding on the respondent/ defendant.
The order is posted in peacemeal and not in full.

Discuss in detail with your lawyer or post full order.

1. IT means two things:
a) Status Quo (as it is) condition be maintained till Final Orders.
b) Final outcome in case, shall be as pronounced /decided in Final Orders.
