Clarification of definition under lokpal act, 2013

Please advise me whether Central Vigilance Commission and Central Information Commission are covered within the definition under Section 2(c)(v) of Lokpal Act, 2013: as a body or Board or corporation or authority or company or society or autonomous body (by whatever name called) established or constituted under any Act of Parliament or wholly or partly financed by the Central Government or controlled by it?

CVC, CIC and all other institutions/soceities which get aid from State, do come within the purview of Lokpal Act, 2013.

Both of these organisation are established and constituted under the Act of parliament and run through the exchequer, therefore,covered under section 2(c)(v) of Lokpal and Lokayukt Act,2013

a slight disagree. CVC and CIC are not aided organisations. There are state organisatons manned by Central Govt employees.

State and Central Government aided Societies,organisations and institutions are coming under the purview of Lokpal and Lokayukt Act, 2013
