Claim of tds deducted on lottery

sir, i won lottery of punjab state for rs. 10000.00 they deducted tds @30%
i want to know whether i can claim tds in my income tax return
if no, tell me about provision under which i can not claim tds

Since Rs.10000 exemption on lottery income, so you can refund filing IT Return.

You shall have to file your income tax return and accordingly claim the refund of TDS therein from Income Tax department.
