dear expert,
pleas guide me the practical procedure of the civil matter i am for defendant and first date i have already attend on next date i have to file written statement after filing w. s what will be the next date and what is the idea to prepar w.s can i straight deny all conetent of the plaint or justify the defenndant para wise and to prove defendant innocence put documentary proof also or i can later on produce my all document which will prove defendant innocence

You have to deny para-wise and also give all documents on which you base your defence.

A WS is very root for a defendant case.The allegations made in plaint are required to be either denied or admitted as per assertions of right and claims to be set forth by the defendant.The denial is to be clear para wise and not evasive.After denial or admissions of plaint case additional pleas are pleaded.
After filing of WS ,court fixes a date of framing issues that are made out from the pleading of parties then a date of final hearing is fixed.Documents if any has to be filed along with WS or a permission is sought to file them on date of issues.
