THIS IS CIVIL SIR UNDER SEC 152 & IT IS NOT TYPOGRAPHIC BUT ARITHMATIC ERROR WHERE A SUIT AMOUNT IS REDUCED TO ALL 6 DEFENDENTS FOR THE SUM OF RS. 12 LACS {THE VALUE OF GOODS SIEZED BY THE BANK}IN THE JUDGEMENT BUT FOR ONE OF THEM ,IT IS NOT REDUCED BY MISTAKE AND RECOVERY CERTIFICATE OF SAME AMOUNT PASSED AGAINST ALL JDs

Section 152 provides that a clerical or arithmetical mistake in
judgments, decrees or orders or errors arising therein from any accidental slip
or omission may at any time be corrected by the Court either of its own motion
or on the application of any of the parties
