Christmas vacation in bandra family court

Hello,

I am an outstation person & need to come to Bandra family court for filing a case, can anyone let me know when is the Christmas holidays starting for Bandra family court & when the court will re-open for filing case.

It's not closed for Xmas vacation. Still the safe time to come would b any time from 1st jan.

Thanks for the reply Adv.Simi, however just want to confirm are you sure that Family court is not having any vacation for X-mas as mumbai high court have holidays starting from 25th Dec-2013 for a week. Just want to confirm so plz don't mind.

Yes. That's what they told mi. And all mm and high court are declared holiday. As also mentioned. To be safe come next year.

Bombay High court is closed for Christmas Vacations between 25.12.2013 to 05.01.2014.
May consult some local lawyer for family court.
