He is giving my principle amount as I informed issueing court warrant. Is it ideal to take money when matter is with EOW.

problem not clear.

It appears that you have deposited some money in some fraud investment scheme on greed of higher return.

It also appears that you are lucky that the fraudsters are in clutches of law.

It also appears that you are lucky to get even the principal amount. Many person do not get even that and spend some more (huge) money on litigation.
