If the accused is not attending without permission of court, prey the court to cancel bail and issue orders to arrest.

The police have to file charges within a period of 60 days where crime is punishable for 3 years and 90 days if crime is punishable for life/death or 7 years .But depending on the gravity of the case and further investigating delay in filing the charges will be condoned.But if police fail to file charge sheet within said time , the accused is entitled to bail.
