changing of name legally

Hi all

This is srikanth(22) doing a professional course...now i want to change my name legally(Means my new name should be in certificates also)is it possible..if yes can u let me know the procedure....pls help me

by publishing the change in state gazette,you can change your name.

However,names in the certificates issued earlier to the change wont be changed.

by keepting a copy of the name change gazette,you can claim that both names are same.

Hi,

You can before change your name, you can give an ad in your state gazette for change of name. After that your changed name will be informed to you.


Your new name always support with State
Gazette. So, whenever you can apply for any job, or passport or anything. Your new name has to be supported by copy of Gazette.
