What is the procedure to change school management from one society to another in UP and rest of India

To change school management from one society means from one society to another society? The majority of the General Body members shall approve to merge the society with another society and like that, the other society General Body Members also shall approve to do the same.

Transfer of the school from one Society/ Trust/Company to another. Society/Trust/Company will be subject to the fulfillment of the conditions.
Both societies have the same objects and aims, then each society shall conduct a General Body meeting and with 3/5th majority shall vote for transferring the school. And the District Educational Officer/Joint Director of the District concerned shall give permission to that effect.
If the school is affiliated to a board, it cannot be permitted to be transferred to another society/trust without the approval of the board.
The approval will be granted subject to the fulfillment of the certain conditions.
