Change of spelling

My New spelling :K.SIDDHIDHA
My Old spelling :K.CHIDIDA

I changed my spelling after completion of +2 and then i joined to PG in MANAKULA VINAYAGAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY which is PONDICHERRY UNIVERSITY located in PUDUCHERRY . I got court order in villupuram district as [ The Platniff "K.CHIDIDA" (old spelling of the name) and (The new spelling of the name) "K.SIDDHIDHA" as the "ONE AT THE SAME PERSON"]. I have change all my new spelling in every records by the TAMIL NADU GAZETTE (22347) , NEWS PAPER publish is also done ( THE NEW INDIAN EXPRESS 24.8.16, THINAMANI 24.8.16) . The university is asking to change the spelling of name in SSLC and HSC .so what can i do for this problem....I want to know the procedure

also U CHANGE USING THE SAME PROCEDURE. your +2 or 10 th and inter
1)AFFIDAVIT INDICATING INTEREST IN CHANGING THE NAME FROM OLD TO NEW AND THE REASON.
2)Publication in News(ad)Paper
3)Publication in official Gazette
