hi ,
i have done a course in a institute and also have appeared in there examination held as per there rule's and regulation and have cleared the exam's with good marks last 2 years ago wherein haven't collected my certificate hence on enquiring for same the francise has been taken over by the principal and all data has been lost by the franchise
they are saying me to reappear the exam get the certificate from them
now what legal option do i have should i approach to consumer court for same

If you have evidence of your appreaing in the examination, clearing the same, result etc. by way of documents of college/university etc. then it is a fit case to approach civil court seeking damages to the extent you desire but it requires court fee. You can also raise your grievance before consumer forum wherein token fee is required to be paid.
