suppose a person migrated
from AP to orissa long back
grand father born at AP but
father and son born at orissa
there is no land of grand fathwr
atAP but father has purchased land
at orissa. they belong to padmashali
which is OBC at AP but in orissa
smiliar caste called as patratanti SC category
so whether tht person can claim SC catwgory at orissa what is the procedure gt certificate at orissa, can tht person claim SC even it is OBC at AP
