Case booked on us against ipc 324, 324,504,506

(Querist) 03 May 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,
A year back we had beaten by our society member in the colony, against which we both raised a police complaint and got our medicals from govt hospitals and we have compromise out side the court.

At present the case has logged against us by the police and our case has not been registered, after the court intervention our report has been registered in which the opposition has put the compromise copy.

And keep on assuring us that they will compromise in the court for the case filled by them but never comes to court.

Need suggestion on following:
1. If our case has been cancelled then why the opposition case in court, we cant put the compromise copy in that.
2. The medical submitted by them is in different dates and the hospital has cancelled the previous one and asked the court to consider second, can a medical issued once can be cancelled and both the medical are not duly stamped by the hospital and the doctor.

We are continuously getting thread by them, kindly help us to get out of this.

With Regards..

Varun

It is a fabricated, concocted and unbelievble story.

1. No, your case is still pending in the Court it has been not been cancelled, check it through your counsel.
2. In case the medical submitted by the complainant is in different dates, prove it in the evidence and the case is over and out/dismissed on this ground.
No hospital can cancel the previous one and ask the court to consider second.
3. If both the medical are unstamped by the hospital and the doctor, it is fake/ bogus.

Dear Varun
As suggested by our Senior Expert Member Dr Vashista, contact a suitable criminal Lawyer of the Bar and please get the case file inspected and then re discuss with your lawyer and take legal recourse accordingly.

if you have any copy of such compromise would be helpful in the case

Yours truly
