Magistrate has issued bailable warrant against our two witnesses. Do we have to present before the court on the fixed date or before that. In either case how do we deal with police if they come for arrest. Regards Prakash singh

Bailable Warrants you could sort it out with Police with the help of your Advocate. At least be Present in Courts on hearing dates Promptly in future Other wise Court would issue Non Bailable warrants where the Consequences could be more serious.

Consult your advocate and file an Urgent Petition for Hearing in the Concerned Court,Appear and get the Warrant withdrawn.Atleast be Present Promptly On Hearing dates after all this.
