Wife came to know the internet-chatting password of the husband and manipulated the chats and filed a false 498a case.

Can husband file a counter Cyber-crime's password hacking case on the wife?

If so what is the approach?

File a criminal complaint with Cyber cell of your area and rest leave upon them.

Yes, there is no bar and there is atleast one case I am aware of where the wife has been convicted.
