SIR I HAVE ISSUED 'C' FORM TO MY SUPPLIER AT NET AMT + EXCISE AMT EXCLUDING CST AMT. KINDLY TELL ME WETHER IT IS CORRECT OR WRONG?

Dear Prince you may issue C Form either for the gross sale bill value or after deducting CST amount from the sale bill amount. There is no illegality if you have not issued Form C to your supplier for CST amount.
