Dear Anonymous, If you have enough clinching evidence to show that the buyer placed order, you supplied the goods, and he acknowledged the delivery of the goods and did not pay, then you can institute a Summary suit under Order 37 CPC for recovery of the money.

you can file Money suit as a regular suit or summary suit in order 37 of CPC.
