Buy agricultural land

For a Non Agriculturist in maharastra, I am told that if he buys about 1 guntha of agricultural land in Madhya Pradesh, then by using that 7/12 extract, he can buy agricultural land in maharashtra.

Is it fool proof non challengable way to buy agri land in maharashtra ?

TO BUY AGRICULTURAL LAND, YOU SHOULD BE A FARMER. YOU SHOULD HAVE AGRICULTURAL LAND ELSEWHERE ON YOUR NAME.

I cannot comment on M.P. etc.or full proof.
But you have to prove you are Agriculturist.

If you can purchase agricultural land at MP as per law of that state. then after getting purchasing said land, you can purchase agriculture land at Maharashtra.

Check with the law in MP. Whether you can purchase an agricultural land there even though you are not a farmer.

If yes, then you have to register your name as a farmer in the revenue records of the state. Simply owning the land is not enough to prove that you are a farmer. You have to have the documents issued by the revenue department to that effect.

If all such conditions are fulfilled, then that will be an advantage for you to purchase an agricultural land in Maharashtra.
