Respected Experts,

I am running a sole proprietorship business & also running such for last 5 yrs. but i do not have any website.

now i am finding a co. probably incorporated in England is running their business by the same name & that is a limited co.

In India No such named co or llp or website exist & also no trade mark i have found in that name.
so now what i can do - because in future it may create problem in our expansion.
pls answer,

After expansion the from would be named as company or proprietorship, you may adjust the name at that time if necessary.
