Hi all
I am dealing in a case where a lady is living on the ancestral property of husband.
She is having physical relation (not easy to be proved, but all knows) with a person who is also living with her in the same property/address.
Ex Husband of the lady is also living in the same property with mother. Father of the Ex husband (aged 75 yrs) is compelled to living in old age home in delhi for about last 3 yrs, as he is threaten for implicating him in criminal false case by the lady.
Father of Ex husband have the papers of the property in his name.
Lady is having friendly relation with police and local gundas anti-social elements.
Lady has got TPDDL METRE CHANGED IN HIS NAME by illegal way.
Lady has two son about 10-13 years, one is said to be of ex husband and one is said to be of her boyfried who is living with her.
Lady has filed a false case against father in law, sister in law (Nanad) and brother in law (Nandoi).
My questions are:
1. Does she have got any legal right to stay in house?
2. How she can be evicted from house?
3. What logical defence we can take in criminal complaint filed by lady u/s 156/3 of threatning the lady?
4. Plz suggest any other important move we can adopt in the case.

Dear sir / Madam
I have been working in a company as like a call center no appointment letter being given to any employee and also people were leaving jobs due to harassment specially to girls and to male person use to do 12 hours shift all day / night which been not told us at time of interview so now myself left the organization without resignation and company sent letter to us on 13 november 2014 who left without resign in which they mentioned that need to inform to company within 48 hour and also 30 days salary to company or else they will take legal action on us again I got show cause notice on 18 November 2014 no information from our side my reason to leave the job because HR person said if I don't want to work for 12 hours then I can see other job so on same day I left from there never went to duty and also my other friend doing same letter .
What can be done for this situation also few people complaint in labour court goa no action being taken any one complaint those gets terminated on next day specially girls due to the boss misbehaves with girls (sexual harassment)
Please help us by giving proper steps to be taken against this company
I can send list of details what been done with us but not sure what steps to be taken

my father has 4 brothers to share their fathers property but in the life of their father he divided the property among three sons leaving my father writting a kararnama that my father has dispelled fro the property now my grand father has died and he left the remaianing land can my claim that land as a son as the other 3 brothers already got their shares in the form of gift deed from the father please help me in this regard

One private university representative assured my friend to give him PH.D degree for that admmission purpose my friend giving them Rs.1,30,000 as an advacne amount after some month that private university representative is refusing him to give Ph.D degree & Money also so I request you to give him proper legal guidence.

I have been served notice under section 55 of town planning act 1966.
As per the notice i have been given 15 days to vacant/ demolish the shop by bmc else bmc officials will demolish the shop.
Documents :
1. I have applied to BMC regarding first date of assessment of my shop, BMC have replied it is prior to 1962-62.
2. puchase aggreement made in 1996 but not registered and not notarized.
3. Rent reciept's from 1994 to 2012 signed by landlords (Landlord Property now under development).
4. Voting ID issued in 1995 on my shop address,
5. Driving License issued in 1990 on my shop address,
6. Shop registration certificate from 1989 of previous tenant, and mine from 2000 to 2016.
Note: I don't have any sanctioned plans or such plan in respect to my shop as it is a landlord property.
Please provide legal guidance......

I and my wife had approached a lawyer for mutual consent divorce , the lawyer had asked for 50k for filing and 10k each for counselling and final decree. we paid her 25k on the day of filing petion,but after filing petion there was argument between my wife and lawyer and the lawyer withdrew from our case.Then we had to look for another lawyer to represent us and she agreed with 50k fees. Now the lawyer which left us is asking for rest 25k fees, how can she ask if she didn't represent us completely. Whom can i complain against the lawyer and she is threatening of legal implications if not paid.

i have done court marriage with my lover but i dont want to marry with him but he done with blackmailing . b'coze that time my engagement done with someone before engagement i told him lets marriage he never listen my word .after engagement he is more active but i dont want to marry . but he done court marriage with me and after that he abusing me. and 24 hours mentally torture me he never give any phone to me . and never talk to with my parents and always blackmailing if you go any where i will case on ur family and that man family member . pls suggest me what can i do i dont want to spent this life. some time i am thinking to die but why i am dying. and my fiance still wait for me .

Passport issue
hello sir, i need little advise for my wife passport re-issue.My wife surname changed from Hemlata Bisht to Hemlata Rawat after marriage as per Marriage certificate but her old passport and other documents (like 10th certificate) has only Hemlata in them but no surname mentioned.Only adhar card has Hemlata Rawat as her name.
Passport office rejected the request to re-issue the passport and asking for another address proof and annexure D.Their helpline is guiding us to get Annexure E.We are confused which annexure is required.
She don't have ration card and there are some mistakes in voterid card also.
Please help!!
