We have decided that all the proceed will be by check no cash.
How do I protect my share of proceed from the sale once I give the POA?
What clause can I add in the POA which will protect my share?

During my post graduation in Year 2012 my marriage was done forcefully
with a minor girl age maximum 16 years.I opposed but the girls family
frighten us that they will put my parents behind bars for act of dowry and
they told us that they will commit suicide.
The marriage was actually planned for my Elder brother with elder daughter
of girls side. But they forced my parents and make them ready for
my marriage with their younger daughter on the same day. i opposed but as
said earlier that they were frighting us they will commit suicide and file
dowry case I was forced to sit for marriage.
Their elder daughter that is my brothers wife is living with my brother.
The girl with whom i was forced to do marriage was still living with her
family. the same day I have told their parents that this marriage is not
legal and i dint consider it to be a marriage and did not bring the girl
with us . Now in year 2015 her family is forcing my parents again putting
the same pressure as was done at the time of marriage.
Sir we are afraid as we are not having much knowledge of marriage act. But
one of my Friend told me that this marriage can be considered annulment on
the grounds of not living together for more than 2 years and by-force
marriage.
Please help me out sir, i am in Government Job i don't want to loose my Job.
Is there any solution for my problem ?

Respected Experts,
Namasthe.
In june 2013 chargesheet was filed u/s 66A of IT Act. The offense was that pseudonymous mails were sent from 2 cyber cafes. The trial started in a faster way of twice in a week of examining the witnesses. In October 2013 both cyber cafe owners came and deposed that the accused did not visit their cyber cafe anytime. from there onwards the trial became slow and no further examination happened since only the I/O is left. mean while the Hon. Supreme Court struck down Sec.66A of IT Act on 24th March 2015. Since the case was u/s 66A only and no other sections, discharge petition was filed on 25th March. Hearing date is given in May 2015. Counter was filed by PP stating that the charge sheet is under sec.66A of IT act only and discharge petition is inadmissible since trial is going on. A month back arguments were heard by Hon.Judge and the defense lawyer told since the trial is u/s 66A and it can be discharged as the same section was struck down by Supreme Court. PP again said the petition is inadmissible.
5 months over since discharge petition filed. only dates are given every time. today also again date is given for 21st september. What to do ? At this stage can we go for quash in High Court ? or anyother solution ? Whether quash will be allowed when discharge petition is pending in lower court ?
