Sir,
I am one of the 10 members of the newly elected Managing Committee of a Housing Society in Mumbai. I have been elected as the Secretary of the said Society. Presently, Model Bye Laws of 2001 have been registered under the M.C.S. Act, 1960, and are applicable to the said Society.The Society is planning to go for redevelopment under the laws, as may be applicable. Being the Secretary of the Society, I would like to know whether it is mandatory and / or advisable to adopt the Model Bye Laws of 2014 by carrying out necessary amendments to the existing registered Bye Laws of the Society and getting the same approved by the General Body.

Hi
This is Yogesh, I have purchased flat from first owner which is in warranty still now.
But now leakage and others problems are occurred. Builder is saying you are second owner we can't do anything. Estimated repair expenses of flat is about 4 lakh rupees. The site is still under construction we are paying maintenance to builder.
What remedy I have ?
Can second owner file consumer complaint before district forum ?

I worked in public limited company,one of our employee expired due to cancer on duty hence his son get the appoinment on companssionate ground by submitting legal heir cetificate issued by competant court.At the relevant time the legal heir cetificate is original(Real) not fake.The deceased employee has two wives.on of his wives filed RMJC before competant court for revocation and cancellation of certificate by making other legal heirs as a party we the public limited company is not party to the RMJC, The hon'ble court has revoked and cancelled the certificate by holding that it has obtained by misrepresentation and ordered to restore the benifit which availed by producing legal heir certificate
Learned members my question is whether the appoinment on companssionate ground ie Service, granted on basis of legal heir certificate (which was real at relevant time) can be terminated if case laws in respect of above posted i will highly oblidge

Hello Experts,
I have been harressed with past 2 months calls, what-up threatening message for the amount of Rs: 6,250/-, In fact at every time I insisted on asking for statement account to show if it’s a outstanding I am ready to clear, but you people don`t listen at customer and do what you like standard practice, I have gone through a tough time and mental trauma that your agents have put me through and emotionally down with these people,
don’t even have basic etiquette, and manners to talk to a customer, in a uncivilized manner, late night calls,
Normally practice, they didn't even send a letter to the customer, nobody has done so far, or an official mail,??? How do you expect a customer to pay??? without a clear picture.
How do I proceed further, can i write to ombudsman or file complaint for a damage claim for what all I have gone through so far???

my marriage on 19/12/2010 occurred at a remote village.my wife was from that village .i have a child of 6years. after marriage my wife started to complaining about me to the relatives and always used bad language to me and said that was routine language in her village.after complaining to her father he didn't responded me.we had a quarrel on 04/07/2015 she left my home from that date .after my relatives gathered and brought my wife on 15/7/2016 .after this long time i found pregnancy test kit in her tuition bag ,but we didn't had any physical relationship in 9 months because she wanted some time.i called her parents and told them this thing they took it normally and said stay calm .after she quarreled with me and again left my home on 05/10/2016.she regularly changed her sim cards and hide her phone and regularly clicked photos .after leaving my home she filed a n/c in local police station about quarrel and beating her.and filed a complaint in local police mahila aayog .i have been present for 6 dates she always say i want to go,but she gets another date .so i filed rcr petition but she has not received the notice till .now my wife and her in-laws threaten me and my relatives with bad language in marriages ,say they will rot me in jails and say aur bhi hum kuch kar sakte hai . what shoul i do now.they are pressuring to do something wrong to my life.she ha snot taken the child with her and not phoned him .sir what should i do ? they say itne case karenge ki teri aur tere gharwalo ki umar jail me nikal jayege.hamare paas bahut proof hai..sir please help me ??

(1) What is Stamp duty & registration fee on Gift of residential flat located at Mumbai,Maharashtra From Nephew(Bhanja-Sister's Son) To Mama(Sister's Brother).
(2) How the market value of Flat will be calculated if it is in 40 years old building.
