Hi Experts,
I need your help in checking all legalities in purchasing a house. 2 properties came for sale in my native place.
1)First one, this house is purchased by the party in July 1996. Its a registered document. But they don’t have link documents etc from whom they have purchased. Now they want to sell. And also the exact party who purchased this house in 1996 is no more. His daughters 3 in number want to sell it now with the help of legal heir certificate and death certificate.
A)Can I go ahead even though they don’t have link documents before 1996 july ?
B)an I purchase this house based on the documents provided by parties daughter(selling
fathers house based on legal heir certificate and death certificate. THEY DONT HAVE
REGISTERED WILL )
2)Second one, This property is purchased by a old gentleman in 1957 year. Document is available. He gave this house to his 2 sons through a registered will. Now sons want to sell and old person who purchased is no more.
A)Can I purchase this house safely ? How to make sure that Old peson who initially purchased the house has written only ONE REGISTERED WILL (because REGISTERED WILL wont be coming in online ENCUMBERANCE CERTIFICATE)
B)How to make sure that no other legal heirs are there other than the 2 sons.
I humbly request you to Please suggest me on above 4 points individually.
I don’t want to give advance now with out checking legal formalities. Last time I lost my advance amount when I tried to purchase but deal not successful.
Please tell me which of the above houses is more safe for me legally.

I am Grand daughter, My grand father wrote a will that the property will be given to my grand children. By the time he wrote the Will we haven't born. Recently my brothers planning to sell the property without consulting me. I am a grand daughter do u have the same rights?

I was working with a company for last few months, During this tenure they deducted my EPF and deposited the same. However, I am not having my salary sheets with me. They were neither emailed to me nor informed about. Although I could have retrieved them from their software when I was in service. Now, they are not providing me my UAN number or my PF number nor replying to my email requests. Is it possible to take any legal action?

In response, instead of advocate, if a reply is sent to "B" in reply to legal notice - Is it a valid act?

I am facing an Interim maintenance case from my wife. she is a BDS( dentist) and had 6 years of working experience. he last job pay was 25000 rs per month.
on the other hand i am b.com and i work for a BPO and is geeting 12400 rs per month currently as per my salary slip.
My manager told me if Dv is proved, they will terminate me. about Dv is am sure it wont be proved as i never did any such dirty activity. i always spent on my wife and helped her.
Plz guide me about how should i fight this Interim maintenance case. and if i quit my job and show myself as unemployed for some time, and show that i got fired, can that help me.

i have resigned from private limited company, i want to take no due certificate from company so company can not claim any liabilities of creditors . company has not taken any sort of finance till today.
can i have format for legal no due certificate to take from compan as well as tell what all docs i should take from company for my safety

Exhibit 5 filed by plaintiff...... Respondent had submitted reply and plaintiff had also submitted counter affidavit . Now plaintiff denies to execute proceedings of exhibit 5 .......... And now he files fresh exhibit 17 under order 39 rule 1 & 2 however such new exhibit has same contents but has only changed his prayers .... So can he do this????

Department does not reply of my latter or my questions, can i file a case against department

my matter is, that so many latters I send to my decissed wife's department, but the depatment does not reply, can I file a case against the department,
matter is
meri wife per alligation lagaya ki uske pass school ki chaabiyan or other documents, ke saath bahut sara saaman tha, jo uski death ke baad mujhko loutana tha, per uska saaman or talashi lene ka baad kuch bhi nhi mila, is samband me aap ka suggestion chaiye, kyu ki pension nhi di jaa rahi hai,
