Sirs,
there has been many discrepancies in the accounts pertaining to the flat we own in Thane. Society does not respond to the queries we raise. on recent visit to followup on my case registered with Registrar's office, he says there is no power in him to take up issue. I was told to approach Corporate court to file case.
Please give me your expert opinion and if so a good experienced lawyer in society matters that can take up this case.

Dear Sir(s),
kindly share your expert view : Bail is already granted in 498a. The husband side filed discharge petition before session court. The session court dismissed the discharge but allowed partially to dismiss allegation made in other section. Now the case of quash petition is filed before the high court against the order of session court.
Sir, the hearing is to be held before the lower court tomorrow for framing of charge. my lower is saying that if all the accused are not present before the lower court then bail granted earlier by the lower court will be terminated. This is seemed to me as the very confused matter that the quash is pending before the high court for listing how the lower court can terminate the bail?
kindly suggest what to do?
Dear Sirs,
My apartment construction contract says 3 years plus grace period of 6 months. The developer did not notify me when he got in to grace period and exceeded that too, still not completed. They are taking it granted that grace period is theirs, then why not simply state 3.5 years. My query is;
1. Should not the builder request for usage of grace period and with sufficient reason?
2. And having exceeded grace period even, is it not that developer has to pay penalty to me for grace period too.
Kindly advise on above.
Hii all...
I have booked a property which comes under TMC and registration of the same is also been done.
My query is what are the list of documentations required other than agreement to be kept with us. In short if someone could help me with the checklist of documents before and after property purchase plus the checklist of documents required in pre-loan and post loan ..
Thank you everyone
I have purchased a flat in ahmedabad.
There are 5 bunglows, 2 tower of flat consisting 80 flats, 40 each, and 22 duplex. It is NA/NOC title clear project and master file had been approved in nationalized bank namely Bank Of India.
Builder has given possession to me and many others but not on paper. The building has yet not received BU permission and it is also not registered with local municipal.
So that we are unable to take any benefit from Municipal Corporation.
I want to know that is there any legal arrangement to sue my builder into court of law.
Our land had been acquired by the government during 1986 (the acquirement is just confined to papers but not psychical possession). They paid very less megar compensation to our grandparents. But the government has not physically acquired and not even deducted the extent of land in our passbooks and we are in peaceful possession of the land. So is there any provision to fight against the government to claim my land as it's not acquired.

Father has given permission to his son to construct house in his plot. The construction permission is in the name of both father and son and for bank loan of son father is coborrower. But in fact son is repaying the loan and also beard entire construction cost. Father has no contribution in this construction. Now in the assessment list of municipal corporation name of both father and son recorded. Father wants to remove the name from assessmnt. Please tell me which document is correct whether sale deed of 1/2 share in the constrction or release deed of half share.
