Dear Sir,
kindly suggest what to do in the circumstances that the lower court's charge framing date was 18-02-2017 and now gave another date 0n 06-03-2017 . Where as quash petition is already filed before high court against the discharge order of session court.
my lower court advocate is saying that no other date will be allowed and all the accused must be presented on 06-03-2017.my advocate of high court of patna is saying no any action will be taken by the lower court as the quash petition is filed before the court and lower certificate provided to file before the lower court.
but my lower court's advocate is saying that no certificate of lower court will be accepted by lower court.
kindly suggest how to take stay from patna high court or what to do on 06-03-2017 if no stay is granted as my advocate is saying that court is once in a week so listing of case is not possible.
kindly suggest for proper course of action may be taken.

Seek information with respect to Lease / Rent Act of Noida, UP
My Brother owns a Flat in Sec 76 Noida, He has shifted to Australia in Dec 2016. His Flat was on rent and has got vacated recently.
Can I enter into Fresh Lease/Rent agreement with a Party on his behalf ?
If yes, Kindly let me know how this agreement needs to be written?
If yes, Would it be legally valid in case of any future dispute with tenant?

respected sir,
i am sundar from andhra pradesh.
i am preparing for civil serivice examinations. last month when i was going on a bike in hyderabad,and i am riding avg speed 70.. the police man stops me and written a fir 336ipc on over speed.. i am really scared about this,because i was sure that i could crack the exam.. but this burden came on me.. what action they will take on me?? and there will be any effect on my examination?!. please guide me..

NOW I WANT TO ARGUE MY OWN CASE I AM THE POSSISION HOLDER, I HAVE SALE DEED, E.C, ELECTRICITY CONECTION, MOTHER DEED, AND THIS IS ANSISTERAL PROPERTY WE ARE IN POSITION FROM MORE THE 28 YEARS NOW SOME PERSONS CREATING PROBLEMS TO ME THEY WAS GIVING HUGE BRIBES TO GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS AND CHANGING RECORDES AND SO MANY TIMES I CATCHED THROUGH RTI CASES. SO, NOW WHAT SECTION AND RULES, I CAN GET INJUNCTION ORDER AND HOW CAN I PAY COURT FEES. AND HOW MUCH VALUE OF STAMP I SHOULD AFFIX IN THE PETITION

We three daughters,property is self acquired of my mother,father is alive,properties are,one house and a shop.father runs shop,
i am the third daughter,iam living in nearby city,my elder second sister is also living in another city,all of us are married.after my mother's death I got married,father didn't do anything for marriage,my husband did the marriage expenses,after marriage I had a laporscopic surgery,for that also my father did not come to see me,and when I got pregnant,they (first sister and my dad) demanded signature to allow me in to our house,my husband took care of my pregnancy,my elder sister leaving her things in husbands house has now occupied my house dominating my father,up to now no one has come to see me and my child,what can I do to get my part of my mother's property,if I write a will to any charity trust,( my share)will it be valid,kindly reply

Under RTI 2005 - I applied to municipal authority to provide me the following information :
1) As per your inward record book I want the copies of only RTI letters submitted to your office by a person namely "Pritam" from yer. 2010 to till date.
reason for this RTI - to stop the misuse of RTI (blackmailing).
In reply of my this RTI the concerned officer replied that as per sec. 8 (1) (j) of RTI personal information cannot provided.
"Now to get such information what stand should i take to get such information."
Pl. guide me in this regard...

Hi,
I was employee of pvt ltd unlisted company. Company has been giving me ESOP worth 3L since 2 years and not I have resigned and asking money back since they have not followed procedures and there is no polocies on ESOP mentioned. I consider this as fraud and breach of rules and regulations of ROC bangalore. ESOP is not in the perview of labour office. Can I approach civil court for this. What is the procedure. How to address civil court.

I am a software professional currently self employed.
I started my PPF way back in 2000 for tax saving purposes with regular contributions to my PPF till 2015.
However in 2013 I got a good long term job opportunity in US and moved there with my family.
In 2015 my PPF completed 15 years and as I was not in India I made no contribution in that year.
As per PPF rules to continue membership after 15 years the PPF member needs to make a contribution withni 1 year of the maturity of the PPF scheme and if no contribution the member will not be able to continue to his PPF.
However interest will continue to be accrued.
Of late I wanted to withdraw part of the amount from my matured PPF but I was informed by my bank in which I have my PPF account that after maturity and post non contribution part withdrawals are not allowed hence I would have to withdraw the entire amount in one go.
My question to experts is:
1) Is there any such rule that restricts partial withdrawal post maturity of PPF and after non contribution.
2) If I so withdraw the amount will it be considered my income for a FY.
3) If I have to withdraw the entire amount can I move it to the bank account of my family member.
Please help.

Partition case pending since year 2001 - what is remedy
IMy dad had filed a Civil Case in year 2001. After 5 years this case was decided ex-party but this was stayed and still this is going on. The case was earlier at Satara Distric cout now it is in VAduj Court. taking almost 3-5 years to transfer and run again.
Its is case of HUF property being unsurped by the opposite party by way of Will (The Party was elder brother of my father and all property (both Ancestor and self owned - with help of my father) was registered in Uncles name.
I have tried 2 difference advocates to induce them and get this settled as early as possible but this is not happneing.
Do we have any remedy on this to run this case?
