Respected sir
I have signed a bond of six month with a contractor by signing on his letterhead and by submitting by original document. Within 2 months I got a job in govt sector on a 3rd party pay roll. So I left my contact job. And 4 days before leaving I went to my owner and told him regarding same. He scolded me and told that he won't give my 2 months payment and my document till I hand over the job any other supervisor. Next day I handed over to other supervisor and again I went to meet my boss and at time he told he won't the job to b handed to that supervisor and gave the name of three other supervisors. Now he want me to hand over the job to all the three supervisors and these three supervisors are not ready to come with me. Every day any one among the three supervisors are giving escuses and they are not coming with me to clear my document and payment. I feel that the owner he himself would have told the supervisors to ignore me. And the owner is not at all listening my words. I want my document and my payment both. My father is an auto driver so I can't effort losing my 30k salary. Plz suggest me sir what should I do.

HI,
My father in law has filled a false charges of dowry demand and DV case against me and my family members. Final chargesheet has been submitted, Althrough I have hired a lawyer but not have a full confidence on him. Request you to please guide me for my below queries
1) Can I apply for Quashing in High court? My lawyer is saying that first you have to take the bail from lower court and then only can apply for quashing?
2) Please guide me with the end to end process of Quashing? Also, can quashing be filled charge sheet submission?
3) What is Expedious order? Do I need to take it from high court to used the same in case lower court judge denies my bail?
Please help me with honest response and if any strategy by opting which I can get out of this false charges?

My friends and legal experts- I have a question, my father married another woman while current divorce case in process, his illegal wife gave birth to a child in 1995, but actual divorce case was finished in 1997, he gave birth 2 years before he got divorce .....I am the first wife son. Can I file in court based on illegal child birth certificate. Can I make punishable to his illegal wife now and my father.... what are the pros and cons....!!!!

The charges are Ss.353, 294 and 325, IPC. Doctor has given 'strong' injury report.
I just want to know if the plea of private defence will be sufficient to acquit the sole accused in the case.
Relevant precedents are welcome.

Respected lawyers club india experts team, I have completed my PG in 2012, Unfortunately my surname printed with one spelling mistake on long memo of inter.(instead of seelam it mentioned as sellam) The same mistake of surname (sellam) has continued to mention on memos of UG,PG&B.ed.but in tenth my surname mentioned as seelam only. To correct this mistake firstly i have to go for intermediate board ,after correction at intermediate board,with that corrected certificate i have to go for university for the correction. Of UG.with corrected certificate s ,then after I have to try for B.Ed and PG certificates.as per concern authorities it is taking 3months time to correct my surname from inter to PG. But I have chances to select govt job which recently notification announced by TSPSC. and I have certificate verification by TSPSC. Now I have no enough time to get corrected my certificate s spelling mistakes. At present I have two questions 1).Any chance are there to disqualify by raising these mistakes. 2). Notary/Affidavit in anyway can useful to me to overcome this problem

eight years ago my father filed a case in consumer forum (Dist.) over builder for purchasing an illegal Property. yesterday was supposed to be Judgement of the case but as it turned out they disposed the whole case "Stating that the application was invalid and beyond power of any Consumer forum ". what should i do ?
