Unregistered sale agreement value in court

Hi
Mr. A had a property. Half of this property he sold to ME in 25 lac in Aug 2014 with registered sale deed. And other half he transferred to his son in Sep 2014. I bought this other half from his son in sep 2016 with registered sale deed. Both time i made payment by cheque. Now i got a summon from the court in sep 2017 regarding this property. Mr B has filed a case that Mr A had made unregistered sale agreement with him in jan 2014 and Mr B paid 35 lac in cash to Mr A and it was agreed that rest 15 lac he will pay by 30 sep 2014 to Mr A to get this property.
Now the question is-
1. Whether this agreement is valid in eyes of law?
2. I am bonafide purchaser of land and i had enquired from sub registrar office before buying the property and when i got everything clean, i purchased this property. Mutation is also in my name. Can Mr B make me party?
3.Mr A sold this property to me in Aug 2014 before the last date of sale agreement 30 sep 2014. May this act of Mr A give any harm to me?
4. Mr A has expired in Dec 2016, that is before the filing of case in court by Mr B. His son is also unaware about this agreement.
What should I do?
Please suggest

Harassment by city Head of a Limited company

Sir/madam I am posting this query on behalf of my retired ex-servicemen father who served the nation for more than 20 years in military, now he works at BVG as supervisor, but his head (city head of company) constantly harassed him by putting him to the tasks which are beyond his duty or obligations, his boss calls him to cook food in his personal parties and to climb up on terrace to clean it, he also calls him on sundays and holidays just to irritate him and to treat him like a slave. My father has crossed 48 years now and its very hard for him to work for this many hours mostly 09.00 am to 10.30pm without any overtime bonus. The HOD is known for his bad behavior with Labour he often beats those from poor families. so many complaints have been Lodged against him at companies head office at puna but still no action is taken against him by company. He also uses influence of mafias and gundas to control any fireback against him. I can not see my father suffer from this at least after his service to the nation, I just want to know if I can do anything to fight for his reputation and recovery of the overtime that he is being giving to the company from last 2+ years and he is also not provided with the payment slip and his EPF No. which he has been asking from months, please help. I request you.

Conveyance

My Mother and my maternal uncle jointly owned a house, which was redeveloped by going into a joint venture with a developer. Wherein it was agreed that both my mother and my maternal uncle get 50% share of the new g+4 building and developer gets 50%. Further it was written that my mother and my maternal uncle get first and third floor jointly. This agreement was executed in 2014. Post which my maternal uncle died in 2015 leaving behind my aunt and her son. Therefore, my mother and aunt with her son become joint owners of 1st and 3 rd Floor. Now when the building is completed in 2017. We want to sell our portion I.e. 1st Floor(we had mutually decided that my aunt gets 3rd Floor and we get 1st Floor) The developer too gave an allocation letter in his letterhead based on our mutual agreement. Now since I have got a potential buyer for my portion. I want to know what should I do. Do we execute a partition deed or we execute a deed of conveyance wherein my aunt and her son assign my mother to sell 1st Floor. Please suggest

I got GD on my name will it hamper my career?

Yesterday on road a group is engaged into fight. Me and my 2 friends we were also there with our two bikes. The groups who were involved in fighting ran away and those police caught us and our bikes. They brought us to their police station and we sat there for 2 hours. The Officer In charge wrote something on a book which was looking like a register with unruled pages. They said that they were writing a GD. They didnot gave any copy of that. I want to know if it will create any problem while making Passport or for Govt. Jobs?

And they also took a written letter from me that I don't want to lodge any complaint regarding this. And didn't gave copy of that letter too.
Please answer. I don't know anything regarding these things.
