Early termination during notice period

Hi,

I work at a senior position in an ad firm in Mumbai. A pvt ltd firm part of a large international group.

Two weeks ago, I had put in my papers due to professional reasons and as per my latest appraisal my notice period is 2 months which I am willing to serve. In my resignation I had mentioned I am willing to serve my stipulated notice period. Although there was no written reply to my written resignation from my official email id but the resignation was accepted verbally and May 7th was supposed to be my last day.

Two thing happened during the resignation period (last two weeks)

1. Since I was having a lower back problem, I was going for regular massages as advised hence would report to work by lunch time but would stay on for the stipulated hours and complete my work. No complaint was ever made otherwise by anyone in the org. I had informed my HR dept and my boss about my late arrival over mail and I would stay back longer to fulfill my hours. If my boss had an issue it was never communicated to me either verbally or in writing.

2. Since company policy doesn't encash our PL leaves but allows us to avail these leaves during the notice period I would inform HR and Boss and take the leave without hampering the work laid out on my plate. In fact I would work from home if need be. Again, no issue regarding this was communicated to me either verbally or in writing neither by HR nor my boss.

On good friday (a holiday) I received a mail from my boss' personal gmail id to my gmail id and my offiical id saying that he has found a replacement and Monday would be my last day in office but I would get the pay for the rest of my notice period as per the rules

My queries are as below

1. Since this was from my boss' personal id and was possibly written in a fit of rage what due diligence should I carry out to ensure no more problems in the future and I get my salary and other dues as promised.

2. Since I never refused work or created problems or fought with anyone or under-delivered on any of the projects even during my notice period am I wrong to believe that I am wronged by such a sudden termination?

3. If I have been wronged, what legal recourse do I have to tackle this.

May Thanks in advance
SGM

National small industries corporation

Respected Sir,
Please give your advice.
As per NSIC guideline the Manufacturer and Service Provider can obtain the certificate under single point registration Scheme under NSIC and avail the benefit of Exemption in Earnest Money Deposit while qouting tender before Public Sector Unit and Government Organisation, but I have noticed that the Re-saler have registered with NSIC which is wrong itself and taking the benefit of Earnest Money Deposit exemption and taking the tender without paying the EMD provided by the Public Sector Units. My querry is if The NSIC does not allow the Re-saler to obtain the Registration Certificate then how these Re-saler are getting the benefit of Earnest Money Deposit Exemption which they have tactfully taken registrtaion.

Please reply

Judgement process for fake & forged unregistered will

My uncle has just filed a civil suit against me by presenting a forged unregistered will of my grandmother who demised on 26-1-2016

The will is dated 27-3-2014.

I have the following documents with me showing the signatures of my grandmother.

i) Passport
ii) Registered will dated 31-12-2013
iii) Registered power of attorney dt 6-1-2015
By seeing the signatures of my grandmother on these documents even a layman can understand that signatures on the will are fake & different & forged.

My question is whether the Honorable Judge can see & decide that the signature s on will are forged ones or is it mandatory for us to request the court to send it to forensic laboratory for expert analysis.

Second question is generally how much time does this analysis by laboratory take and cost approx.

Which is the best and fastest way to secure justice in such cases?

Thank you.

Property distribution

Hello I'm Sandesh from bangalore. My question to the judicial experts, my grandfather passed away leaving his self earned property without any will. He has 4 children including my father. My father is younger sibling to my 2 aunts, the eldest aunt is no more and my second aunt is a widow. My father have a younger brother who is still a bachelor. My questions are as follows
1. My father has got 2 children including my sister and myself, what right have we got on our grandfather's property? Are we entitled with equal rights as my father, aunts and my uncle have on the property?
2. Since my eldest aunt is dead, does my eldest cousins who are two in number ( one male one female) from my eldest Aunt have any claim or right on the property. Only my brother is asking for a claim on behalf of his dead mother, we don't know the whereabouts of my cousin sister, how much of a right do they have on the property?
3. My second aunt who is a widow claims for equal rights as my father or his younger brother have on the property, is it right? How much of a right does she really have?
4. Since my father's younger brother who is still a bachelor, can he exercise extra rights on the property?
5. How does the partition happen? If my father wants to sell the property and distribute then, how should it be distributed? Is there a proportion?
Please let me know.
