Old gazette lost

Hello,
we have a house in name of my grandmother which she bought in year 1988 as per her old name. My grandmother changed her name somewhere in year 1992.
After her death, death certificate is as per her new name which conflicts with the old name mentioned fr the house registered. Also the old gazette list we had is misplaced and is not able to recoverd online aswell.
The power attornety she made in name of her daughters husband was done prior her name change as per her old name which again conflicts wth her new name/death certificate.

We want to get the house change as per her power of attornet. Bt new name is conficting. Also we dnt hav the gazette list.
Any solution how can we go about we can show proof of the my grandmothers new name in death certificate in relation with old name on house registration papers.
Regards,
Kishor

Ccs pension rules

This is continuation of my earlier query. I had been made compulsorily retired from service in Jan 2017 and subsequently convicted in criminal proceedings in Jun 2017. I have not been paid with any pension or gratuity till date. Recently I got a show cause notice from the Competent Authority why my pension not to be withheld forty percent for a period of seven years. I had replied for the same. In the order of Compulsory Retirement, there is no mention on the quantum of pension. However, in the show cause notice, they had mentioned the conviction order of the criminal court. I had not been paid provisional pension as required under Rule 69 of CCS Pension. Now I am thinking of filing a case before CAT bench for release of provisional pension. Whether they can now increase the limit of 40 percent adversely against me. Whether the Disciplinary Authority can now pass an order under Rule 40 of CCS Pension based on the Compulsory Retirement order. Please give your opinion. Thanks in advance to all the Learned Experts.

Po terms & condition or gst rules what takes precedence

We have been issued a PO and later PO terms and conditions were agreed upon.

We are supposed to supply 1000 units of Plastic Injection molded parts for say 10lac rupees. PO terms and condition :-
35% amount will be Advance
15% amount will be paid at the #me of 10 Samples dispatch .
25% amount will be paid after the first batch of 100 No’s
25% amount will be Paid after the balance Qty of 900 No’s

Once the 10 samples were approved, the client requested to break up the consignment 500 nos each.
We supplied 500 Nos and raised an invoice of say 8.6 Lacs +GST as per the PO terms and condition.

The client has revert back after 6 months saying that the PO was for material and as per GST rule for material PO, we cannot raise an invoice of as per the PO terms and condition and should revise invoice to 5.0 Lacs + GST as per GST rules

Does GST rule override the PO terms and condition?
If the GST rule applies, does the company default when it agrees to a PO terms and condition conflicting the GST norms?
