What if false/fabricated information is furnished by the PIO under RTI Act?
More particularly, how do we know the authenticity of the information furnished by PIO or APIO ???

Whether Rule 444C of UP Cooperative Societies Rule 1968 envisages the initiation of a proceeding by a member of housing cooperative society whose name has, mischievously, neither brought in the provisional voters list later on adopted as such in the final Voter list

please throw some light on aditya n prasad vs university of delhi case . it is basically a PIL filed in delhi high court on oct 7 2011. it is regarding promotion rule into next year .

I am a student of LAW and i just want to know that is there any test organised for the students by the respective university before entering into the LLB first year.

Sir, I completed my graduation in 2012, I was selected by a MNC IT company by campus recruitment which gave offer letters(letter of intent)then. Via mail it also promised us joining before July 2012
After completion of graduation, the company gave joining to students of few universities only. And for the rest it conducted a test, said,whoever clears the test in first attempt will get Joining soon but failed students have to go for another test.After conducting a test, due to some reasons it gave away its idea of conducting the second test for the failed candidates, and also stated it will give joining to all with preference to the ones cleared in the test.
Now it has been an year, we(both) are still waiting for our joining, shall we sue the company against the false promise.

I have a problem in my date of birth sir.my 10th and 12th certificates are having a wrong date of birth.original D.O.B is 14-12-1992 but certificates D.O.B is 30-01-1990.this is affect my future.please help me to change my D.O.B..please

Proceedings in consumer court
Dear Experts,
In a case I am following in consumer court, the opposite party was asked to file his wakalath and version. The o.p's councilor filed wakalath only and was given adjournment for filing his version inspite of my protest. In the next hearing he was absent and without me asking the President penalized the o.p with a penalty of Rs 500 payable to me and adjourned the case.
What would be the reaction of the President if the o.p councilor did not turn up for next hearing as well?. The case can not be set ex-party as wakalath is there already
