Dear sir/madam
I have a query that my friend is separated from her husband one year...2yrs before she married after marriage her husband abused her ,beat her ,scolds her ...his mother and brother also involved while harrasing her .she left home and came to her parents .she use to live vth dem only she don't want give divorce because she thought he'll change and can live vth him but he never change and sending some msg through mediators he want divorce from her... She is commiting suicide when she hear that we don't knew how to console her......can u give better suggestions how to solve this please...her parents also not financially strong to do any thing from one year onwards he never spoke vth ones with her.... Wat have to do please give us some suggestions

i wanna know the details about promissory note....... my father took 3 lakhs from one of my relatives with interest of 2rs.. we worte a promisory note that time,after 2 yrs we paid 3 laks but not gave the interest now we want to pay the interest but he is saying the interest is 3 rs not 2 rs and we have to pay 3 lakhs change ..other wise he'll file a case against us.......is it right does anyone can help me to sort out this pls guide me wat hav to do.....pls
