Respected Sir,
My Mami was preganant she has been admitted in the hospital for deliver the baby, as per rule Docotr has given NSCC Injection, but injection has given on some worng place, hence after injection she was completely bed ridden, after that she has been transfer to Hinduja Hospital where she gave birth the baby, after birth baby was also in ICU for 15 days. But my querry is my mami is still not able to walk. so what should i do, i should approach which court, please advise me.

Home loan
I would like to know the consequence of default in home loan.
I have availed a home loan 5 months back and repaid all EMI till date. But I could not pay the subsequent EMI due to block in the financial inflows.
I am arranging for selling the property also; but till such time I can't pay the emi or cannot load on me the interest liability.
I request you to suggest me the consequence of default in home loan. (as I may not be able to honour my subsequent EMI).
since the amount of the loan is less than Rs.10 lacs, I scared, will the banker/financer will take any serious action (though the property is mortgaged with title deed)
