Sir mera june 2016 FCI me slection hua tha. Jiska offer letter mere paas july 2016 me aaya tha jiske anusar mujhe 08.08.2016 tk FCI regional office Lucknow me join karna tha iske baad meri mail ID pe bhi ek reminder 22.09.2016 ko aaya jiske anusar mujhe 15 din ka time diya. But us samay mai Maharashtra me job kr rha tha to mene FCI me join nhi kiya tha. Ab mai apni is noukari se preshan ho gya hun kyunki mai UP ka rahne wala hu aur isme transfer promotion nhi ho rha. Hlanki mene esi October 2018 me FCI Lucknow me mail ki thi jisme mene bola tha ki mujhe offer letter ka time pe pta nhi lga kyunki mai bahar rahta hu. But uska koi reply nhi aaya to mene call kiya jisme AGM Lucknow ne join krane se mna kr diya ve bole ki time jada ho gya hai ab kuch nhi ho sakta kyunki mere baad 5 waiting list nikal chuki thi. Fir mai FCI zonal office noida me gya vebhi yahi baat bole. Filhal mene zonal office Noida me mail kr diya tha ki bahar rahne ki wajah se mai joining k baare me jaan na ska aur letter ghr pr meri maa ne liya tha aur wo btana bhul gyi Kya mujhe FCI me joining mil sakti hai, agr haan to please procedure btaye Advance Thanks.

Selory is decreasing by governement by different circulars.

Respected experts,
I am working as Medical officer in Government of Gujarat as on Ad-hock post. i was appointed with seven pay scale,written on appointment letter and i was paid so as for few months. we are total 17 doctors on same category at different location right now working as per that appointment, but there is a variation in salary paid at different location and also decreased two times with some circulation (THARAV) by the health department,state government of Gujarat. what should i do for same. please guide.

i was also suggested by some clerk of account department that there is case filed on same matter in past in high court and there was a verdict by Judge in his decision that Government never ever can decrease salary in any circumstances than it was offered or paid as per rule of something ???

please give your opinion and guidance for getting resolution in this matter.

Maternity benefit

I am employee of CA firm,i put maternity leave application so my boss told me,this benefit act not applicable on us,just humanity paid 1month salary,now what I do?

Resignation during probation period

Dear Respected Members,

Please suggest on the following :
Band : Senior Manager
Date of Joining : 3rd of October, 2018
Date of Resignation : 5th of December, 2018
Date of Board Meeting : 6th of December, 2018 to be appointed as Company Secretary

Offer Letter containing :

You will be on probation for a period of six months.

A formal letter of appointment setting out the terms and conditions, particulars of your remuneration, benefits, etc. will be issued to you at the time of your joining duty with us. You will also sign an agreement of fidelity and confidentiality.

In case of resignation you will be required to provide/serve a 3 month notice period subject to approval from
CEO or pay three month's salary in lieu of notice period on confirmation and approval from CEO.

Employment as per this offer letter is subject to satisfactory referee’s report and your being found medically fit
and we will let you know the formalities that need to be completed in this regard.

Is it mandatory to serve Complete Notice Period even if the candidate being under probation period or either party can leave by giving notice in writing.

Ad-hoc tenure for regularization

Since 53 Months I have been worked as an Ad-hoc employee under SAIL Chasnalla Colliery without salary,The said employment was provided to me against land with the assurance that my service will be regularised under roll of company once the Ad-hoc period is over.for payment of unpaid salaries & regularisation I have always approached the management of SAIL but my plea remain ignored always.
From past 06 months I have approached the Dy.Cheif Labour Commissioner for the payment of my unpaid salaries,At present the work is under progress & hope the due Salaries are clear shortly.
Suddenly from 01 December 2018 HOD of my Department stopped my work under instruction issued from G.M (P&A) of SAIL without furnishing any reason.As I think he did this because I have approached the Dy. CLC.
Sought your valuable suggestion for further course of action in respect for regularization under roll of company.

Gratuity

Sir,
My date of joining was 03.03.2014 & Last working date was 31.10.2018. It is a contractual job but employee code was same for whole period. I worked continuously without any unapproved leave. My company is 5.5 day working. Will i be eligible for gratuity ? Because as per calculation i have worked for 4 years & 243 days but my HR is saying that 5 years completion is required for gratuity. Please help.

Salary slip/certificate

Is it mandatory for the employer of an organisation to issue salary slips every month? can the employer refuse the request of employee for salary slip? If the employer refuses to issue salary slip even after repeated requests from the employee, is there any legal recourse available to the employee?
