IInd show cause notice

I am IFS officer.Govt has asked IInd show cause notice after disclosing quantum of punishment inflicted to me.UPSC turned down records of enquiry & directed to ask IInd show cause again after removing the dsefect.
Whether IInd show cause notice can be asked for IInd time asper AIS(D-A)Rule?
CAT,Patna ,vide Order dt 05.11.04,directed to complete enquiry within 6 months.Whether State Govt can continue & ask IInd show cause from me after 7 years ?
Whther the deptt.proceeding, which is without jurisdiction ,is not patently illegal or not?
What legal remedy is available to me?

partiality and threat from Team Leader

I am working in a Corporate office. The Team Leader of my team is partial to me in many regards.
1. Regionalism: She favours only the people either from Delhi or from South India.
2. If i am performing better than the seniors/ her favoured people, then she finds something negative about my work and has issued me several warning letters with CC to managers. If they perform well, then they get appreciation mails with CC to managers.
3. She threatens me verbally of spoiling my carrer. She demotivates me and uses abusive language, but only verbally.
5. She threatens me of filing sexual harrasment case with HR and getting me out of the company.

Please tell me if I could file a lawsuit only against her(my team leader) and where and how could i do this.

Notice period for resignation

when I joined in my institution, I was a temporary employee for whom one month of notice was required before resigning. However, a couple of years back I was confirmed and my notice period was increased to 3 months or salary in lieu of 3 months. Now I wish to leave the institution. Does this clause of '3 months advance notice or salary' not qualify to be an unconscionable imposition upon employees? Will I have to abide by this clause? No new employer gives as much as 3 months time to join.

Regarding Application u/s 33 C(2)

During pendency of an ongoing labour case of illegal termination with cross examination of worker evidence is still
due,can a worker file an application u/s 33 C(2) for recovery of some dues which management says that workman is not
entitled whereas the workman has produced in its evidence the employee welfare policies where this due was pre existing for his level of employees and since they have received so he is also entitled.

If he is entitled what is the procedure to file application u/s 33 C (2) and whether he can file this application without the help of lawyer since lawyer is saying that we can file this application only after cross examination stage when the management is not able to prove our evidence of this due. Is he right?

Which is the form for this application and from where on internet this application form can be obtained.
