Dear Sirs,
I resigned from my present job and im in notice period now. Our PF money is maintained by our employer by the trust run by the employer.
I received an acknowledgement from my Human Resourses Department, as an acceptance of my resignation.
My notice period is three months, but now i want to move,after serving just one month of my notice period.
If my employer denies to pay my PF money later, how to get the money from them? whom should i approach regarding this issue. If i exit without a formal relieving letter from my employer, then is it possible to take legal action against them?
Kindly advice me.

POLYTECHNIC.I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED TO JINTUR.BEFORE MY STATUTARY PERIOD TO JOIN TO JINTUR GOVT.DESK OFFICER SEND THE COPIES OF CHARGESHEET TO JINTUR VOILATIONG PROCEDURE TO MAKE PREJUDICE JINTUR PRINCIPAL AND BREAKS CONFIDENTITIALITY.HENCE IT PREVENTED ME TO JOIN TO JINTUR AS DEFAMATION CAUSED.
I DID NOT JOINED TO JINTUR SINCE 23/7/2001.I AM STAYING AT MY NATIVE SANGLI.DURING I HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BYSANGLI POLICE AND DETAINED MORE THAN 48 HRS.SO GOVT. SUSPENDED ME PUTTING CONDITION THAT ISHOULD NOT LEAVE JINTUR WITHOUT PERMISSION OF DESK OFFICER AT MUMBAI TO ATTEND POLICE CASE AND NOT TO LEAVE H/Q JINTUR.THIS IS TOTALLY AGAINST RULES AND LAW.ALSO NO SUSPENSION ALLOWANCE IS PAID TO ME TILL TODAY.I ACQITTED IN POLICE CASE ON 24/10/2004.GOVT DID NOT REINSTITED ME.NOR GIVEN SUBSISTANCE ALLOWANCE.
THEY HAVE GIVEN ME DEPTL.ENQ NOTICE IN LAST WEEK AFTER 9 YEARS,DURING THEY DID NOT GIVEN ME COPIES OF STSTEMENTS OF WINESSES,NOT GIVEN ME SUBS. ALL.,NOT GIVEN T.A.DA BILL,NOT GIVEN P.F. AMT.TO SURVIVE,ONLY RENISTSTED ME AT JINTUR WITHOUT GIVING ME ARREARS AND UNDER CONDITION PRECEDENT THAT RESULT OF ENQUIRY IHAVEEN REINSTITED.
SINCE 9 YRS NO MONEY,WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO FIGHT AND GET MY JUSTICE AND COMPENSATION.

Sir,
Pl. inform whether an employee retired from Bank Service after serving 30+ years of service is entitled for full pension (i.e. of 33 years) or not?

A is a bank employee.. his password used by another junior bank employee B... B forged A's account.. disciplinary proceedings initiated against A by Bank for being negligent ... A says B should be produced before the Authority ,since B forged his account.. B is dead.. what will happen to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against A ??
A wants that it should be dismissed against him since B is dead.. will A succeed?

i am working in national hydroelectric power corporation. we need some vehicles on hire and as per the tender documents epf code is required for qualifying the tender conditions . can you suggest whether epf code is necessary for the service provider whose number of employees is less than 10

Hi...My name is Vini and I have been working in an outbound process in Coimbatore as a Team Leader from 3rd july 2010. They have not provided us any offer letter or appointment letter. Been asking them and they have all the excuses in life for not providing us with an appointment letter and salary. Some of the agents have been paid complete salary. Since have have some e-mails sent my our clients on my name and have also been provided with an official id can that been used as a proof that i have worked there. The agents who have not been paid their salary are ready to file a joint petition again the MD and chairman. Is there any way we could get our salary and how do we go ahead with with the legal proceeding. Please Help. (All the agents are woman).

the client was employed at an institute in Greater Noida in the year 2008-2009 for which the pf was deducted and submitted to the concerned PF office of the district.
Now the client has left the organization in 2009. she now wants her PF to be withdrawn from the PF office. she has submitted the claim form in Feb 2010 for which the PF office has put some objection and returned the form to the employer. now after contacting the employer they say that the objection is resolved and the form has again been presented for processing of with drawl for which it has been now more than 5 months but no response is received from any of the two. when contacted the PF office they verbally said that the employer has registered the organization in the year 2006 and has started giving details only in 2008 hence they cannot process any request for with drawl until the employer does not provide them the details for 2 years 2006-2008. the employer says the form is submitted and the above said objection is removed whereas the PF office says the objection still remains as is and they have not received any communication from the employer nor have they received the withdrawl claim form.
through this forum i would like to know what legal action can we take towards PF office and the employer.

Compulsory Retirement
Let me know any ruling either from SC. or any other HC that passing an order of compusory retirement simultaneously dropping the pending DE amounts to dismissal in guise and not an order of compulsory retirement simplisiter in public interest. It is urgent.
