I appeared in Screening Test for Asstt. Agricultural Officer in 2018, (recruitment advertisement 2015) . As usual it was qualifying in nature and interview 100% weightage,
But in 2019 RPSC notified that screening test will carry 40% weightage, interview 40% weightage and rest 20 % academic performance.
How should I challenge this in court?

How can I quite a job without notice? My contract sayes that they will hold my salary for one month if I quit without notice. I want to quit on the second day of work. As I don't like job ..What will happen? Will I have to pay money.

Respected Experts,
I had worked in my previous company for 7 years and left before 2 and half year, filed case and won, order passed in my favor before 8 months approx, and I am still waiting for recovery certificate from Labor Commissioner office. Don't have any clue why they are delaying it intentionally or unintentionally.
Is there any provision or guideline that I can get the recovery certificate so I can proceed on next steps i.e. apply for recovery to Collector.
Or with copy of order can I file case in High court directly?

I want to know that if employee will not complete their notice period or he left the job without any information , what law will applicable or what we will do?

Actually I have 2 years bond signed with compensation of 4 lakh. Present this employer is asking me to resign. I will waved off your bonding money you need to pay only your 6 months salary. If I first resigned without employer sayed details mentioned in an official mail. Is it safe for me. He is asking me to first you send resignation mail then only I will reply that the bond amount can be waved off and you need to pay 6 months salary only. Is it safe for me to resign first.

Hi my name is dhiren i m working in an pvt. Ltd Transport company from since last 7 years..right from starting staff salary was done between 7 to 10 of every month.Then after Sometime it was carried to 10 to 15 of every month.And now it is been uncertain like 2 months working 1 month salary..it has become very difficult to face situations arising at home and office every time only commitments are commited from directors that situation will change from next month..my responsibilities is 24�7 365 days on mobile whatsoever Situation is have to go through..what to do don't understand ? Pls can u guide me...

I have a Mech Diploma, I am 44 years old with dependant wife and children.
Working in with a construction company for 18 years which has first 12 months training and next 6 months as probation.
I was issued notice for "separation from service due to redundancy" at the end of April, 2019. Salary pending from Jan - 2019. Nine months arrears( due to salary revision) pending. UAN data not perfect from company end. Have 5 PF accounts which are not merged. Written a lot of times to company but no action and reply. They forced me to sign "clearance & handing over" form by keeping benefit declaration columns empty. I refused. Notice period ends on 31/05/2019. The present project manager "Authorised Signatory" status withdrawn. So, I'd like to ask -
(1) What are my separation benefits, upto the maximum extent, as per Govt. of India rules?
(2) How long can I stay at the present location of work legally, in case of any delay in receiving the benefits?
(3) Dos & Don'ts for me to avoid turning of events in company's favor.
(4) What are the steps for me, now on, to come out of the situation and receive all the benefits?
Please reply urgent.

Is there any legal liability for companies for below points :
- Paid leave
- Maternity leave
- Sick leave
- Can it terminate services of an full time employee?

I m central govt servant. I am posted in Karnataka but my native Gujarat. I want to go for CAT on seniority issue. May I appeal to my native place CAT I.e in Gujarat or I am bound to apply in Karnataka CAT where I m posted now. Please clarify. I want to go CAT to my native place but one lawyer told me that I can only file case in CAT where is my present posting or CAT Delhi. Please guide me.

Bank investigation
One Bank branch had a fraud commited by a Bank Field officer , in internal investigation bank issued a charge sheet to him .
Apart from one more innocent bank officer bank also been issued a charge sheet,
While in enquiring the Field officer the enuiry officer wants the innocent officer to be a witness in the enquiry process .
Now as innocent officer also been issued a charge sheet , can he be take part as withness.
