One of my friend's son filed a marriage op.no.646 of 2014 at family court ar secenderabad (telengana state)can any experts may give the status of the case or result as we dont know to know the status through using the net.

Hi,
In my absence my wife always talk with her boyfriend by cellphone.
I already warned to my wife but she does not listing to me. Can I file a police case against her boyfriend.Is this matter comes under crime. Please help me what can I do ?

I have registered a will in one state. Presently I am staying in another state. I want to cancel my earlier will. Can I do so from my present place? Is it sufficient if I register a new will at my present place?

Hi Learned Experts:
I have got the proposal for the second marriage from the girl side.
She has a 3 year old son from the previous marriage
When we had the initial interactions she confirmed that she has got the divorce through mutual consent in which the child custody is granted to Mother.
Now her conditions for the marriage:
1. To have the name of myself in all the legal documents of her son.
2. To act the legal guardian of her son.
I subtly told her to hold her horses as I was aware of some of adoption related to law.
I believe unless ex Husband registered me the Adoption deed, I should not use my name as the legal father for her son.
Is there any other way these issues needs to be sorted out?
Looking forward for yor suggestions.

Dear Experts,
I come to you with a lot of hope after searching a lot. Till now i have been misguided a lot and me and my family are in total distress. Facts of the case are as below:
1 - Got married in 2005. Wife started mentally and physically assaulting me after 3/4 months of our marriage. One day, about 5 months from our marriage she called my local relatives and her parents to my fathers place and accused me and my mother to have a physical relationship.
I was forced to leave home in 2007. Did a GD with local police station. I came back and started living with my wife again and again the same harassment started. Wife always gave threat of 498A against me and parents.
2 - 2005-2006 we stayed with my parents and due to mental torture moved with wife in 2006 to Kolkata in rent. She use to repeatedly leave home(where we used to stay together) for her parents place and from there threatened to file 498A. and commit suicide.
3 - Since 2006 till 2009 suffered lot of mental and physical torture but was afraid to file any official complaint. We took her to a psychiatrist and she stated that she is suffering delusional disorder with severe aggressive outburst. Tried a lot to manage with wife but it did not work. Wife left with daughter in 2009.
4 - Wife kept threatening us on phone.
5 - Current status - Wife filed for 125 for alimony. Pending court order.
6 - We filed for divorce, wife filed for Misc case under section 24 which court order a sum. Wife is working in govt primary school. Still court ordered money for her and child. We challenged the same in high court. Challenge is pending in high court.
Now we have visited a number of lawyers and are completely clueless. Some say that untill you get the stay order for the order of section 24, pay all the dues to wife so this will start the matsuit.
One suggested us to withdraw the Mat suit which is filed at wife fathers place (far away from where I stay..travel time 6/7 hours one way) and then refile the same in Kolkata and the lawyer will ensure that wife is not able to transfer the case back to her father place.
We are completely clueless what should we do.
Please can anyone help us and be an angel to us and guide us.

May I have some guidance about provisions regarding maintenance u/s 125 crpc where husband had filed a case u/s 12 of hma and which has been decided against him, is showing to be unemployed, wife has no proof, her father-in-law is serving in central govt.
Is there any provision under any section to call for the income/job detail of erring husband from the private company, where, he is showing to have resigned.
Is the burden to prove income/job of husband is upon wife to claim maintenance?

Respected sir.
My wife has filed Dowy prohibition act 1961 against on me in junior civil judge Court, I don't know that she filed the case on me,I have not received any notices,as I saw status of case through online, I got to know that second hearing is on 9th November,right know I have not yet engaged any lawyer, please let me know Is there any problem to me for not attending to the court,is court had any chance to issue arrest warrant against on me,I want to know what type of step I have to take further. Please
