May I have an expert clarification on a matter which is slightly complicated. Hon. High Court awarded mesne profits in case of an ANCESTRAL property where vakalatnamas were signed by different share holders as individuals. My father also signed as an individual but he died in the year 2000 (court was not informed) and the judgement came in the year 2005. Mesne profits were divided by Hon.Lower Court as per succession. So the son received 60% and wife & 3 daughters received 40% ( 10% each) Now in the light of Hon.Supreme Court judgement are daughters and wife supposed to return the share to the son ? Can son file a suit to get that share ? Kind attn. Mr.K.S.Srinivas

Sir,
My registry of marriage took place at Behala which is under the jurisdiction of Additional District Judge, Alipore.
Mine and my wife's residential address is at Barrackpore
My wife has initiated a matrimonial suite against me in the court of Ld Additional District Judge at Barrackpore
Kindly guide me whether the matrimonial suite is valid because the place of registration of marriage and the place of initiation of matrimonial suite are different

Dear sir ,
I want some legal advice . below is the matter .
Ram lal (husband) and kavita (wife). they marry arrange in 1994 . They have 2 daughters 0ne is 16 years old and second is 19 years old .
Wife and her parents and sisters interfere in husband married life ..
wife 7 times put a false case U/S 107/51 on her husband ..
At every time she withdraw the case without contest ..
Now wife every time abuses husband and demand money.. money. every time ..
In 2015 again wife case on her husband u/s domestic violence .. again she withdraw the case ...
Now wife is living in husband house with her 2 daughters in delhi .. house is in the name of her husband ....
And husband is living in mumbai on rent ..
She want husband property and money in her name ....
Now husband wants to divorce from her wife ..
CAN HUSBAND PUT A CASE ON HER WIFE FOR DIVORCE FROM MUMBAI..
What will the remedies for husband on above case..

Case : Null and Void Divorce (Vikraman Vs Gayathri)
Court: Tambaram Family Court
Loak Adalat was conducted and they given the date to move the case to court on Dec.3rd. 2015. Due to rain and heavy floods, court was closed. The next hearing date is not announced till now. When i appraoch my advocate , She told that they kept the case bundle some where and searching for it. Whom i can approach to get the next date? . I am in Bangalore, so difficult follow-up on this regard. I appreciate if anybody can help on this.

Can an Indian husband and wife jointly prepare a Will in order to Will away their properties to their children? All family members are having NRI status, Will need to be registered in Mumbai. Properties situated Mumbai and Kolapur. Mumbai address is shown as proof of address for registration of Will.
Hence is it any way bye pass RBI and NRI provisions? Religion is Hindu.
Kindly provide valuable suggestions

Dear Sir/Madam,
My brother and other family members were made accused in Domestic violence case by his wife. The woman later agreed for mediation and court was informed accordingly on last date. The two of them have agreed for divorce as well as other consent terms, however there is one issue which is causing conflict
Questions:
1. If there is compromise between parties and they agree to go for divorce, then can the woman i.e. petitioner withdraw the DV case or not after the judge is informed about the settlement.
2. The woman's lawyer says it is the process to keep the case pending till the divorce is finalized in family court. Is it true?
3. How can she be pursuing my brother in DV case while expecting him to be co-petitioner in mutual consent divorce in family court?
4. why should judge sitting in JMFC waste time on a case where couple has negotiated a settlement and have told that they will go for mutual consent divorce? what is it that judge is going to hear in such case on each date of hearing?
5. does my brother need to keep paying the advocate the charges on each date for not doing anything because the woman's lawyer says the case will be kept pending till divorce so it could mean some considerable amount for lawyer to come to court on each date but not do anything for the case.
6. Is the woman lawyer lying?
7. Is there a way for couple to inform the judge about settlement terms and finish of the case?
8. What happens on future hearing dates if my brother or his advocate don't show up and/or his wife's advocate do the same..

Pls guide for dv act case
I'm victim of false DV Act case.
I filed application u/s 21 of dv act, for visitation rights to visit minor child, She opposed in written reply. And now avoiding arguments on the ground that lawyer is no available from last 3 yrs.
Can I file application for expeditious disposal of said application. U/s 12 of DV act
The Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of every application made under sub-section (1) within a period of sixty days from the date of its first hearing.
