hello..
F.I.R quashed by delhi high court.
Query..
1) Do I need to file an application before MM for specific reliefs as under..
* plz allow me fly out from country as previously the court has bound me not to fly out from country in my bail order.
* Dispose my Dosier taken by police, as the police has taken my Dosier under 406 IPC
* Return all the papers of the person who has taken my Bail at the time of Bail proceedings.
Plz let me know any other relief I can sought from the court.

Hi my freind wants to marry a hindu boy who converts himself as muslim at the time of his first marriage to a muslim girl but his paasport and every document has his hindu name....is he needs to convert himself again as hindu at the time of his second marriage...if yes what is the procedure..

My relatives' s son getting mental depression, which is impacting his professional life. He is not taking medication properly , refusing to go to doctors and staying with friends. They are taking advantage by convincing him for drug abuse and enjoying his money. Is there any way by which parents can safeguard themselves n get proper treatment for son.

Further to my earlier query I need advise of experts on following:
The lady who is not allowed to enter home owned by her late husband has filed residence order complaint to magistrate under PWDVA
The current occupants her husbands brother and his family have produced a will that was rejected during probate proceedings and assiged for detaild trail for probate. The lasy has also filed a suit for declaring this forged will null and void and eviction order. Both clubbed cases are pendign in court.
Now question of law is -can PWDVA act operation be stalled if any civil suit for establishing ownership of house is pending because domestic violence act clearly mentions it is additional act for remedy and that domestic violence addresses right of residence and not right of ownership. he has right to even live in home rented out by her husband.
In one judgment Delhi high court bench has ruled that will if disputed has to undergo probate proceedings and till this happens it has no value.And the bench allowed residence order in mother in laws house to lady who was having will in her name.

Dear Sir,
My wife has filed Section 125 Crpc. Few weeks before both the parties had hearing! This 2nd I was advised to come to the court by 3.30pm, however before we go to court... My lawyer called me and said judge has passed the interim maintenance order for Rs.5000 / month. I was puzzled to hear that, on what grounds they have ordered IM.
As per one of the article... They (court) or (petitioner's lawyer) never made sure or proved about domestic violence on my wife or did they prove any other factor!!! Then how did they pass interim?
Till date... Every hearing was in our favour... as we proved / argued with proofs. Next month both the parties have to submit evidence.
If my wife has repeatedly deserted me more than thrice ( living lonely life since 8 months) and left home by her own wish... How is it my responsibility? I was dutiful and have every evidence in originals. But before proving myself... They have passed IM order on prima facie?
Just because my lawyer has not revealed my salary in figures!!! They have said I have suppressed the Info!!! ( my lawyer has supressed many info and managed to convince me at that time.... Now it has boomranged!)
MY LAWYER HAS REMOVED ALMOST MAJOR POUNTS... NOW PLAYS A GOOD BLAME GAME!!!
INITIALLY I WROTE EVERY PIECE OF INFO WHICH FILING AN OBJECTION... ( Have email records) BUT my lawyer altered n convinced me giving reasons!!!
***My wife was working a beautician... But I have no proof... ( she claims she is illetrate)
Below are the instances along with evidences I am fighting for justice!!!
1. Infact, the FIR has been filed at local police station against my in-laws and her relations for hitting black n blues to me and my old parents!!!
2. I have proofs that I never neglected her in any ways...
3. Good moments photos, grocery bills, jewellery bills etc...
4. Her medical reports - inability to mother a child. ( she suppressed all these info - I have file)
5. My salary slips and bank statements. ( they have shown huge figure and wrong designation)
6. My resignation ( lost my job bcoz of the harassment at office more than twice)
7. Medical certificates of my parents including MLC and wound certificate during physical assault on my on my old patents.
Etc...
If I am right and have all evidences + no allegations proved. I am surprised and puzzled on what basis IM was passed!!!
***They don't have any proofs or evidences...
Should I proceed further at High court? I have just 25 days from now!!!
She was working as beautician, but now says she illetrate!!! ( I was told she did her teacher training) No employment or education proof with me!!!
Plz help.

Hello,
My name is Hussain. i am 25 years old. After my biological father death my mother got remarried to a hindu man. my stepfather is a gem of person and me along with my sister who is 24 years old are very close to him and vice versa. we are a happy strongly bonded family living together for last 10 years and none of us have changed our religion and do not wish to do it as well in future.
My Query is that there are no proper documentation in family my sister and my self have updated my biological father name in all the documents like educational certificates and identity certificates. Which i want to change name of father to my stepfather name in all the documents. whom do i approach in getting this done, will the different religion be a problem?
We were born in a city of Maharashtra, my biological father death took place in different city of Maharashtra (i did not make his death certificate), Now my entire family leaves in Karnataka.
The only document i have connecting the Family is a marriage certificate of my mother and stepfather.
Please help..
