Hello,
My name is Shashank vajjula. I'm from Hyderabad. Me and my wife got married in arya samaj. My wife was pursuing her MS in usa. She didn't inform her parents and came to India to marry. We got married and the next day her parents came to know about our marriage. They came to meet us at the hotel where we were residing. They were shocked and depressed by our marriage but didn't separate us. My wife was with me for a week and she had to return back to usa because of her examination. Everything was good between me and wife. After a month we had a quarrel and she informed the same to her parents. Her parents took advantage of it and emotionally blackmailed her and made her stop talking to me. I now don't have any option to contact her. My in laws say that she doesn't want to stay with me and they want a mutual divorce, which I didn't agree.. After a discussion between my family and my in less , they asked me to stop talking to for some time so that she would change her mind. It's been six months still I didn't talk her. It was a gimmick played by my in laws. They were behaving as an oxymoron. I have had many conversations with my in laws apologizing for the quarrel which I had with my wife, but they just being prejudice. What can I do now legally. My whole Intension Is to sustain my marriage. I would request the experts to suggest me on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

here No family court established in our jurisdiction
in these circumstances i filed suit for declaration of dissolution of muslim marriage(divorc e) before the District Munsif court.
some bodies told that district munsif court having no Juristiction to entertain the suit,so for, please give some relevant citation district munsif having competent jurisdiction taken for filling the suit under mulim law divorce

Got order for visitation rights for child in custody of mother in August 2015 but respondent wife didn't obeyed.. What is the limitation period for filing execution petition in this case and what are other way outs?

Respected experts,
Child custody case going on in Bangalore,objection yet to file. Child is residing in another place/state.
1) Can I plead through my counsil to dismiss the case?
2) will my husband have chance to appeal it in high court of Bangalore for the above? Or
3) Should I myself ask for transfering it to my place or husband can do it if case dissmised?
Please help me with my query. Thanks in advance.

Mother has filed domestic violence case against father and asked for interim maintenance from father. Now whether father can ask for access of child in DV ?

Sir, A Chargesheet has been filed under section 498a,323,3/4DP act by police 6 ago against the FIR registered by me against my husband and inlaws. But till now it has not been submitted to court. Now i came to know that Chargesheet was returned from court under the influence of opposite party and higher officer of police has order for Reinvestigation of Chargesheet.i am afraid that police can file final report in this case due to the pressure of opposite party. So please tell what to do at the moment now.

I am fighting a case u/s 498a in rohtak.Trial court acquitted us and the session court has convicted us.We setteled for a compromise with other party and the complainant agreed for dissolution of marriage on the payment of Rsx.Now as we have paid this amount and we have filed mutual consent divorce u/s 13B what else the complainant can ask for after the grant of divorce.

Respected sir, If I file RCR against my wife I've the fear that now she has filed false 498a against me so do you think while counselling things would come on track or it will get worst; I mean might be my wife will file other cases because she wants divorce any how & I want my wife back at any cost. So what will be the merits & demerits of RCR come on my side & also on my wife side. (Please help me)

2nd marry while divorce pending since 2.5 years
I married on 2009 april.. she leaves my house on sept 2010..
After failure of all negotiations i filed divorce under 13 (1)(i),(i-a),(i-b) on may 2014.. after getting that she filed 498a on 16 th sept 2014.. and seized the dowri articles from my parental home in presence of police. even i was arrested and in jail for 3 days ie. from 6th oct to 8th oct 2014. she also filed maintenance case at that same time.. but after 2 years till now no date has come.. its already 6 years of separation..
Can i marry again.. or any procedure to take permission from court to remarry before finalize of divorce case...
