Sir,
I had filed RCR in Family Court & on later date my wife filed DV case in SDJM Court. Still both the cases are pending in respective courts. We have 2 kids and staying with me. But my wife is not interested to return to our home. Hope she is getting ill advice from our neighbours. My question is that.
My parents fear that if the court orders for property separation then what to do. They are thinking to transfer the ancestral property to a Trust where they will be members. so that my wife/court cant demand/order for property partition. Is it possible? Or is there any way to save the ancestral property.
Pls suggest.

I am working in Govt organisation. i have married in 2014. Her behaviour from starting was suicide, irrelevant talk, beating head to wall, clapping cheeks, asking divorce for 5 times, after baby born, when she was 8 months she throwed her from one and half feet from cot, she will beat baby without reason. She talks to her mother daily without single day gap. Her sister misbhaves with me, i kept her away from me. Her mother directly abuses me infront of me or on the phone, she dont cares about me. She never believes in me. She cares and listens only to her family i.e., her father, mother, sister, brother. Her brother is a constable (Armed Reserve). Even he indirectly gave warning to me that i will be taken to PS and beaten there and will take compensation from me. My wife is well educated completed UG,PG,CA(Inter). Her mother scolds my mother over the phone when speaking with her daughter.
I need exact guidance, what to file for divorce and what are factors to be taken for consideration.

Hi, my friend she was married in arya samaj in april2014 with not complete willingness (kind of emotional blackmailing by guy and his family) after 6 mnth she applied for divorce . While the case was in court she got to know that her husband was a divorcee which he didn't mentioned in arya samaj marriage registration form (wrote unmarried) and nor submitted divorce decree of his previous marriage as per arya samaj marriage registration form. Will it be considered as cheating and put cheating case while divorce case is in court.he is working as a manager in some company. Please guide what should be gone. Thank you

Hello Sir/Madam, my sister has married mother's sister's son and they have two children. According to Hindu Marriage Act 1955, I've understood that this marriage is void. My question to you is, does she have rights over the father's self acquired and inherited properties? And does father have the right to remove her from the family tree because of her void marriage?
